Sabrina Hines is a parent of two children at Whitehall Elementary School. Her daughter will be in fifth grade this year, and her son will be in third grade. Sabrina grew up in Hyattsville, Maryland, and moved to Bowie with her husband in 2010. She is a teacher who will be entering her 14th year of teaching next school year. Sabrina's favorite things include spending time with her family and their 3-year-old beagle mix, Riley, going to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and Lake Anna, Virginia, and doing anything that involves helping others and being creative.

This past school year, 2022-2023, Sabrina served as Parent-At-Large on the Whitehall PTA board. It was a role that tested her organizational skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, but it was also a rewarding experience that led to growth. Since her daughter was in kindergarten at Whitehall, Sabrina has always been an active PTA member. However, serving on the board gave her insights as a parent and teacher, inspiring her to want to do more for the students, staff, and community at Whitehall. Serving alongside other parents who share her passion has pushed her to do more and be better for everyone in the Whitehall family.
