Robin Troy was born and raised in Upper Marlboro, MD, and attended PGCPS as a former student, graduating from Eleanor Roosevelt High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Maryland. During the 2021-2022 school year, she served on the Belair Cooperative Nursery School Board in Bowie, MD. Alongside her husband and two children, Robin has been a resident of Bowie since 2016, and her youngest child is currently a kindergartener at Whitehall.

 

Robin's dedication and involvement in the school community led to her being honored with a nomination to serve on the PTA Board as a Parent at Large. As a team player, she is always willing to lend a hand where needed. Robin's primary goal is to provide unwavering support to the Whitehall ES community by collaborating with teachers, staff, parents, and students through organizing events, spearheading fundraising efforts, and advocating for the betterment of the school.
