Family Health and Wellness Night

Join us for an evening of fun, learning, and connection as we celebrate health and wellness together! Students and families will rotate through hands-on, interactive stations designed to promote lifelong wellness, including:

• Yoga and movement activities

• Environmental Education and Kids Adventure Challenge by the M-NCPPC Health and Wellness Get Fit Mobile Team

• Healthy Snacks and swag

• Mental wellness activities... and more! Made possible by a generous grant from the City of Bowie!
