Rafellia "Fifi" Williams is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background. She earned her medical degree in Indonesia before transitioning to the restaurant industry, where she discovered her passion for hospitality. In 2020, Fifi became a resident of Bowie, bringing with her a commitment to helping people and a love for community service. As a mother of three girls, including one former Whitehall Wildcat and two current students, Fifi is deeply invested in the local education system. Her enthusiasm for serving on the board stems from her desire to contribute to the school community, ensuring that students, teachers, and families have the best possible experience and education at Whitehall.
