Hello

I was born and raised in Hyattsville, up until moving out to Bowie in 2010. I have two children at Whitehall - 4th grade and 2nd grade. My bachelor's degree is in Early Childhood Education, and my Master's is in literacy and ESL instruction. For the past 12 years, I have been an educator. I taught kindergarten for 10 years in Montgomery County Public Schools and have been an ESOL teacher in Anne Arundel County Public Schools for the past two years. During my time with the Whitehall ES community, I have attended PTA meetings and done some volunteering, so I look forward to this new role of being a member of the board this year, working with our community, and helping to make this a great year for our wonderful staff and students.
